Dissected Graces and its companion album, Slashed Beauties, draws from my expansive vault of unreleased material and comprises demos, live versions, unreleased tracks, *very* early experiments, remixes and collaborations.

It occurred to me that aside from six Christmas songs about Vladmir Putin, I hadn't issued any solo material since 2016's Ganymede In A State Of War; and while I'm preparing a new solo album for release in late 2020, it felt high-time to take stock and engineer a cathartic release mapping the lurching, rangy process from Ganymede to this new work, outside of my work with The Academy Of Sun (though of course there is a TAOS presence here, running, as it does, concurrently with my solo journey.)

I've made little annotations to the individual tracks, expounding on their origins and any points of interest surrounding their creation. And of course credited the incredible collaborators present on some of these songs.

I very much hope you'll enjoy Slashed Beauties and her shadow, Dissected Graces.
